We will discover why our soils are so degraded and how we can make the best microbially active compost to enrich the soil and grow nutrient dense food.

We will learn the basics of a Controlled Aerobic Composting process and why it is absolutely essential to create aerobic compost and the prerequisites to do so successfully. This process guarantees, that the raw organic matter is transformed into nutrient stable clay-humus-complexes, containing humus-forming microorganisms, that will teach soils how to detoxify themselves, how to feed the plant properly and abundantly, eliminate disease and weed problems and how to re-establish soil fertility.

We will also look at using compost teas. How to produce compost tea properly and how to apply it, in order to gain the greatest benefits.
