REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE
Our partnerships with both farmers and scientists are centered around thorough research into the efficacy of Climate Compost in conjunction with Regen Ag principles. Our trials aim to explore how Climate Compost is to be used most effectively from bio-priming, to direct drilling and tea application.
We have partnered with Regen Ag farmer and expert Tim Williams, originally from New Zealand, now based in Cornwall. Tim joins our Climate Compost team to advise on the following:
Pasture management planning and rotation design
Bespoke seed mix design - cover crops & herbal leys
Composting application
Infrastructure & equipment

An excerpt below describes the starting point for transitioning:
“The starting place for thinking in the first level is that humans can do good through their agricultural production. This is a paradigm shift from the perspective that all agriculture damages or is at odds with natural systems. For much of the 20th century, agriculture and conservation have been pitted against each other, in many cases for good reason: Most industrialised agriculture relies heavily on polluting fossil fuels and the destruction of indigenous landscapes, ecosystems, and people. Regenerative Agriculture aims to reconcile the perceived tensions, by turning human intelligence and innovation towards creating agricultural landscapes that functionally improve ecosystems and communities.”
