Bookings for workshops, consultations, or events are subject to availability.

Cancellation terms:

  • cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a full refund;

  • cancellations within 14 days may be non-refundable;

  • tickets may be transferable at our discretion.

We reserve the right to alter event details, speakers, venues, or timings where necessary.

If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer option will be provided.

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Any timelines, planting schedules, or project estimates provided are approximate.

Outdoor works are subject to weather conditions, supplier availability, and seasonal factors.

The Land Gardeners cannot guarantee the ongoing health or performance of plants once installed due to variables outside our control, including:

  • weather;

  • soil conditions;

  • irrigation;

  • pests;

  • maintenance practices.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access, permissions, and site readiness unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17.1 Description of Service

17.2 Employer Responsibilities

By submitting a job listing, Employers grant The Land Gardeners a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to publish, reproduce, display, and distribute the listing on the Website and associated channels.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or amend any job listing that we believe, at our discretion, breaches these Terms or could harm our business or Website.

17.3 Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job Seekers may use the Jobs Board for personal job‑seeking purposes only. Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit to Employers is accurate, lawful, and complete.

Applications are usually submitted directly to the Employer. Where the Website facilitates sending application materials, Job Seekers consent to such information being shared with the relevant Employer in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that Job Seekers will receive a response, interview, or job offer from any Employer listed on the Website.

17.4 Content Accuracy & Verification

Job listings and related information are provided by Employers and not verified by us.
We do not:

Listing fees are non‑refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.

17.6 Prohibited Use

Employers and Job Seekers must not:

* not post anything that is offensive, unlawful or inconsistent with the mission and reputation of The Land Gardeners
• post unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent content;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with any entity;
• scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission;
• use the Jobs Board for spam, solicitation, or commercial services unrelated to job advertising;

We may suspend or terminate access to the Jobs Board for any breach of these Terms.

17.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Land Gardeners Ltd shall not be liable for:
• any loss, damage, cost, or liability arising from the content of job listings;
• the actions, omissions, or conduct of Employers or Job Seekers;

Our total liability relating to any Jobs Board service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Employer for the relevant job listing.

17.8 Disputes Between Employers and Job Seekers

Any interactions, communications, agreements, or disputes between Employers and Job Seekers are solely between those parties.
The Land Gardeners is not responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.

17.9 Data Protection

Use of the Jobs Board is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Where Job Seekers apply for roles or Employers receive applications, those parties are independently responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws concerning any personal data exchanged.
