Our evolving global exhibition program focuses on the interconnection of soil and all life, bringing together thinkers, filmmakers, global and local artists and scientists.

Combining sensory artworks, historical objects, scientific artefacts and documentary evidence, it sets out to inspire and educate visitors about the power and the fragility of soil, its fundamental role in human civilisation, and its remarkable potential to heal our planet.

Topics around climate change, waste, land, water and justice, coupled with beauty and wonder, are all woven into the presented works and installations.

Soil cannot be seen in isolation. It is connected with everything - from seeds, to roots, plants, animals, humans and to the planet.

Soil is life below ground and sustains life above ground.

Join us on this journey to understand the wonder of soil; how we have used it and abused it but how there are signs of hope that if we respect it and work with it, we can save life on this planet.
