Darina Allen - IRELAND

Darina Allen is the author of several successful books on Irish cuisine. She is a leader of the Slow Food movement in Ireland and established the Ballymaloe Cookery School along with a network of farmers’ markets in the County Cork area.

Recently Darina has started up the Ballymaloe Organic Farm School to educate people about the benefits of growing regeneratively, working with soils to grow nutrient-dense food.
